Our April 2026 visit was to Bishopstone and Seaford.  The first stop was a visit to Geoff Stonebank's highly acclaimed Coastal Garden 'Driftwood' which is open, by appointment only, under the National Gardens Scheme. Apart from the planting and nautical theme, there are a number of curios and sculptures to take the eye ; and lovely homemade cakes to enjoy, over a tea or coffee, to round the visit off.  Suitably refreshed, we moved onto South Hill Barn, on the South Downs Way, and walked down towards Cuckmere Haven - passing the much photographed Coastguard Cottages.
