The Executive Committee are trustees of the charity. The u3a insures all trustees for liability.

The key committee roles are supported by other committee members and non-committee members performing such functions as:-

• Managing the website or the Facebook page
• Producing the handbook, posters and newsletters
• Organising speakers for our Monthly Meeting
• Our Really Useful Group (known as RUG) also assist at Monthly Meetings by organising the speaker, setting up, catering  or welcoming members

Participation is a u3a principle, as we are a voluntary organisation. Therefore the more members willing to assist in running our activities, the more we all benefit!
